1. Pickup. Visit me at the Winter Wonderland Market at the Venue at Coosa Landing on November 14th and 15th from 10:00 am to 5:00 PM to pick up your book and surprise. 
 
2. Pay $5.00 shipping and I'll mail the signed copy to you.
